Some song sheets display chord symbols above the lyrics which contain a "degree" character. For example: G#*7 (where the * (asterisk) represents the degree character). Since I don't have a "degree" character on my keyboard, I can't enter these chord symbols into jGuitar's Chord Search tool in order to see a fingering diagram. What does the degree character mean? How can I use the Chord Search tool for these chord symbols? Thanks!

When the degree symbol (°) is included in a chord name, that means it is a diminished chord or a chord with a flatted 5th. When searching for them in the Chord Search tool, replace "°" (degree symbol) with "dim".
