Chord Calculator, Tone in Parenthesis?

1	The parentheses means that the tone is optional. Seventh chords can be built with just the 1st, 3rd, and 7th tones of a key and you have the option to add the 5th tones as well. link answered 30 Jun '10, 02:28 APShredder 707●1●2●7 accept rate: 33%
