Whst is the easiest way to play a Gm chord on guitar?

Please can anyone tell me the easiest way to play Gm chord on guitar? and also the best site to get tabs for songs?

The two "easiest ways" that I can think of to play a Gm chord would be

e|--3--     --3--
B|--3--     --3--
G|--0-- and --3--
D|--0--     --5--
A|--1--     --5--
E|--3--     --3--

And for websites to get tabs from, I usually use http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/.

As the Gm chord only consists of the notes G Bb D why not play just those 3 notes i.e.

e --3
B --3
G --3
D --x
A --x
E --x

Just because you have 6 strings doesn't mean you have to play them all! Sounds nice of jazzy too especially played with an upward strum!!
