I came up with this chord progression I like that goes C#minor7th {X 4 6 6 0 0}, Esus2/B {X 2 4 4 0 0}, and B7sus4/A {X 0 2 2 0 0} and I went to the scale to chord harmonizer to find a good scale to go with it, but it's giving me scales where some don't even have the same notes (for instance the G# Locrian and D# Locrian, there's no D# in a G# Locrian). So would I have to use multiple scales for this progression or is there just 1 that I can use. I'm trying to go with something melodic and sad. Thanks.

You can actually use Four scales here. It all depends on what sound you are looking for. You can use the F#m or the G#m. those are the most basic scales. If you want to use cromsticism, go can go with the A Bebop Major Scale or the B Major Bebop Scale. I would play around with the G#m scale and the B Major Scale, i personally like how it sounds, but like i said its all on you.

Mostly I see the E major scale covering everything nicely. You can throw in the A# as well, effectively making it E lydian, or include both and call it the B Bebop Dominant scale. Also, instead of calling it Esus2/B, I would just call it Bsus4.
