What is the best way to clean fingerprints and other smudges off an acoustic guitar without damaging the finish? I assume water and most chemicals would be bad.

drop some small drops all over the guitar and rub it in with a rag, make sure you rub it all in there. and dont forget to carefully get under your strings below the sound hole, try your hardest not to get it on the strings, its not that good for them. you dont even have to wash it off or anything, its totally safe to just rub it in and leave it untill you need to polish it again.

most guitar pawn shops will sell it, or just go to guitar center, they always have it as far as ive seen.
