I found an old non-working ibanez chorus pedal at my church and tried to fix it having some soldering knowledge. I took it apart and all of the soldering joints look fine and I also replaced the wires to the battery because the ends looked bad and it still will not work. Any suggestions?

	@Spencer: Is there any evidence that the pedal is at least partially alive? Does it have any LEDs that light up? What do you hear when you plug in? Nothing? – Asaph Oct 22 at 19:11

I had an Ibenez Chorus that never worked with a battery. It only worked with a 9-volt adapter.

Sounds like you may have already checked the most obvious things. What's your motivation here? Are you playing around with this random broken pedal just for fun? Or do you really really really want a chorus pedal? If it's the latter, you can probably pick up a used chorus pedal on ebay for a reasonable price. You could take the pedal in to your local guitar shop and ask them if they can fix it for cheap. If it's not a trivial fix, just throw it away and buy a working one.
