No. All the scales you mention are not the same. Specifically: The "do re mi" scale, AKA the major scale consists of:
The minor scale AKA the Aeolian mode of the major scale, has the notes:
The harmonic major scale has the following notes:
And finally the harmonic minor scale has these notes:
Asaph, maybe this is simply an oversight, but the harmonic minor scale (as you know from classical guitar!) has a semitone at 6-7. So it should read #6, 7.
