No. All the scales you mention are not the same. Specifically:

The "do re mi" scale, AKA the major scale consists of:

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7

The minor scale AKA the Aeolian mode of the major scale, has the notes:

1, 2, b3, 4, 5, b6, b7

The harmonic major scale has the following notes:

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, b6, 7

And finally the harmonic minor scale has these notes:

1, 2, b3, 4, 5, b6, 7

Asaph, maybe this is simply an oversight, but the harmonic minor scale (as you know from classical guitar!) has a semitone at 6-7. So it should read #6, 7.
